Job Responsibilities:

* Able to supervise technical staff and check their work
* To prepare reports, minutes of meetings, letters to client / consultants / resident architect / contractor, etc
* To attend meetings / briefings / presentation with clients / consultants / contractors / authorities, site visit / inspection, etc
* To liaise with all technical authorities for approvals
* Knowledge of project management and able to conduct site meeting
* Flair for design will be an added advantage
* Mature, Dedicated and able to work Independently with minimal supervision

Job Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or Degree in Architecture / Urban Studies or equivalent to LAM Part II or Part III.
* Required skill(s): AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Sketch-Up, 3D Studio Max
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, experience in high-rise & resort is advantage.
* Applicants must posses own transport and willing to work in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya.
* Good knowledge in construction and specifications will be an added advantage
* Good command in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia. Spoken Chinese Language is advantage.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
