Job Responsibilities:

* Attend to incoming enquiries from customers, provide necessary assistance & services on customer enquiries, requests and complaint and liaise with internal departments to meet customers’ satisfaction.
* To serve walk in customers.
* Maintain a high level of good customer service relationship.

Job Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a SPM level or Diploma in any field.
* Required language(s): Good spoken & written English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
* Able to work on shifts, rotate weekends and public holidays when necessary.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
