Job Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance to manager in coordinating and monitoring on the effectiveness of implementation and action plans as in company’s Business Plan, Program Improvement Plans, Beyond Budgeting initiatives or other specific change programs.
* Render assistance as secretariat functions e.g. preparing Board Meeting or Management Committee Meeting (MCM) papers and recording MCM Minutes , resolutions and compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Follow-up on Management Committee and Board related matters and ensure appropriate action is taken by the relevant departments / divisions and subsidiaries.
* To monitor and ensure that secretarial records are properly maintained and updated.
* Monitor and ensure that substantial company’s information are properly recorded and submitted to the relevant authorities in accordance with regulatory and legislative provisions.
* Provide assistance to analyze and improves the effectiveness of the planning, execution and optimization of marketing strategy through interaction with other department and external parties.
Job Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
