Job Responsibilities:
* Project management
* Responsible for planning and execution of projects which includes coordination, scheduling and supervision of projects.
* Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, consultants, contractors on the requirement, contractual and technical matter.
* To attend all meetings.
* Monitoring and ensuring timely completion of projects.
* Co-ordination of works with sub-contractors.
* Assist in the preparation of technical details for quotations, contract documentation and technical specifications.
* Timely delivery of projects, pre and post stages.
* Develop and implement the process to manage the project and service contracts appropriately with all required documentation.
Job Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* Preferably with knowledge of microsoft office.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Executives specialising in Engineering – Mechanical or equivalent.
* Able to work independently, dynamic and possess initiative.
* Able to work well / co-ordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers
* Require language(s) : English, Chinese (is a must).
* Full-Time positions available.
