Job Qualifications & Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
* At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Possess the required knowledge and experience in formulating and handling full spectrum of human resource functions
* Sound knowledge of the Malaysian employment law, employee relations and prevailing HR practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral English in liaising with staff at all levels
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a variety of ongoing tasks by keeping an eye for detail and meticulous
* Hardworking, resourceful, self-disciplined and motivated with high integrity and able to work under challenging situations
