Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible to ensure quantity of works, contract administration (Pre & Post contract administration) and procurement
* Evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation, procurement support, followup project progress and handle claims / payment for the projects
* To assist the Project / Contract Manager in liaisons with Supplier, Sub-contractor and other parties as required for accomplishment of project
* Assist in all aspect of administration works
* An independent, reliable, hardworking and communicate well with all levels of employees
* Ability to work under tight schedules and possess team working spirit
Job Requirements:
* Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or other relevant subjects
* Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant fields
* Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline
* Strong command in written and spoken English
* Ability to communicate in Chinese
* Possess own transport
