Job Responsibilities:
* Support the Foodsolutions Chain Team and Chain Account customer on new product development
* Leads all the technical elements (eg. formulation, processings, packaging, specifications, safety) of a chain account customer projects
* Supports the implementation of regional / local R&D elements of the Category Program
* Deliver activation and cost effectiveness of projects
* Brings the necessary skills and expertise to develop relevant product formulation and working closely with the Key Account division in meeting customer development in brief
Job Requirements:
* Minimum Degree in a related Science or Engineering discipline. Those with higher degree are encouraged to apply.
* At least 6 – 8 years of experience in a product development / QA or Production but with most of the years spent in R&D
* Those with technology skill in Dressings, Fats and oil related technology and savoury is preferred
* Possess understanding on customer (Foodservice) operation is an added advantage
* Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and/or other quality tools/technique will be an added advantage
* Able to work independently in a fast pace environment, disciplined, honest and reliable
* Strong culinary interest and skills
* Good analytical and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
