Job Qualifications & Requirements:
* Possess an engineering degree with a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Proposal Engineer in the oil & gas related industry;
* Review customer enquiries and interpret customer specifications for technical proposals;
* Prepare final offer documentation and transmit to customer;
* Work with customer, planner and manager to address any technical questions regarding proposal and resolve any issues regarding scope in the proposal;
* Able to communicate in written and spoken English and Malay;
* Willing to be relocated.
