Job Qualifications Requirements:
* Diploma / Certificate in hospitality, tourism or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity at a 4 to 5 star international hotel.
* Knowledgeable of techniques for planning, organizing and communication with a large team.
* Experience in inventories, equipment, chemicals usage and supplies.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful, hands on operations and detailed oriented.
* Excellent Quality management skills.
* Customer focused and knowledgeable of all the requirement in a 5 star hotel.
* Knowledgeable in Opera system will be an added advantage
