Job Responsibilities:

* Candidate will be responsible for the project planning, project implementation, project evaluation and project management
* Prepare construction budget and construction cash flow and ensure that the projects are implemented within given budget. Preparation of progress claims and progress report
* To ensure all technical requirements are met and constructed with the hight quality
* Liaison with consultant, client and authorities on project issue

Job Requirements:

* Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architectural, QS, or equivalent
* Min 5- 8 years experience in building / architectural / QS or related field
* Required skill(s) : project planning, construction budgeting, competent in supervising construction works
* Sound technical knowledge and analytical skills with passion for site management
* Goof interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong leadership and management skill with experience in managing multi-discipline task
* Self-motivated and result orientated with hight level of integrity and professionalism
* Applicants must be willing to travel outstation and overseas occasionally
* Possess own transport
