Job Responsibilities:

* Person with strong drive, results oriented and able to manage a team with good communication skills
* In depth knowledge of Accounting, Finance and Taxation.
* Strong skills in financial analysis, variance analysis, costing and cost analysis.
* Able to prepare company yearly budget and cash flow.
* Monitor & take action on project financial performance review, monitor budget and cost.
* Responsible for overall accounting and financial activities, financial reporting, development and implementation of internal control and procedures compliance.
* Responsible for tax compliance and reporting, management of audits, budgeting, process implementation and financial system upgrade.
* Manage treasury matters including trade & project finances and operational cash flow.
* Liaise with internal and external auditors on operational & statutory audits.
* Responsible for tax planning and administration in ensuring that an efficient and effective tax structure is in place.
* Provide coaching and mentoring for the team and staff development
* Monitor and address accuracy of financial reports and accounting data entries.
* Development of financial controls and policy and ensure implementation and compliance throughout the company & subsidiaries.
* Ability to drive and manage change processes in meeting organization objectives.

Job Requirements:

* Aged 30 years and above
* Applicant must be a member of a MIA or posses full professional qualification in Accounting such as MICPA/ACCA/CIMA or its equivalent
* At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required and with 2 years relevant working experience in the Manager capacity, preferably in leisure industry
* A team leader and a fast-learner with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
