(Kuala Lumpur)
Job Responsibilities:
* To lead and guide audit team members in conducting IS audit reviews including the supervision and review of work for completeness and accuracy
* To conduct risk assessment, audit planning, proposal and formulate audit approach for each assignment
* To evaluate the system of internal controls in areas audited including to establish the existence of sound, adequate and efficient operating procedures and security controls
* To provide a balanced/independent view of potential risks and exposures prevalent in areas audited together with risk mitigation measures
* To check/validate extent of compliance with established policies, procedures and statutory requirements
* Preparation of audit reports including the follow-up of action taken and any outstanding matters
* Participate in DRP/BCP testing activities
* Participate in the development of key/new project initiatives
* Assist in the development of audit strategy and yearly audit planning, including budget allocation
Job Requirements:
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years experience in Plastic Thermoforming.
* Knowledge in Unigraphics/Pro-Engineer/Solid work and AutoCAD is essential.
* Experience in data storage, electornics and semiconductor packaging development is added advantage.
* Process strong technical knowledge and good analytical skill.
* Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Computer Science or equivalent
* At least 5 years IS audit/ IS security administration experience with 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong command of English Language and report writing skills
* Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and self motivated
* Experience in AS/400, Windows and UNIX operation systems review platform
* Knowledge of best practices of audit techniques and up to date audit practices including that of management audit
* Knowledge of Risk Management framework and processes
* Good understanding of banking applications and environment will be an advantage
