Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for phone/remote support.
* On-site support, installation and end-user training.
* Troubleshooting of client software, server software and mobile hardware.
* Assist in project implementation and documentation

Job Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years experience with end user support
* Possess networking knowledge and experience in a Microsoft Windows environment
* Basic knowledge of DBMS
* Basic ERP/Accounting software knowledge is a plus
* Good communication skills, and working attitude
* Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
* Able to work independently and as a team
* Willing to travel
