Job Responsibilities:

* Serve as subject matter experts for telecommunication technologies e.g. Metro Ethernet, 3G, LTE, SAE and services e.g. IPTV, LBS.

* Define the service and network performance metrics associated with Technology Pack. Identify future features that could be developed to enhance capabilities.

* Responsible for wide range of design activities, from requirements analysis and network modeling to design specification.

* Able to work closely with software development and quality assurance teams and our customers to build high-quality systems that meet customer expectations.

Job Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.

* At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably those candidate who worked in Telecommunication industry & worked as an OSS, Optimization and/or Network Performance Engineer field area.

* Sounds expertise with various 2G, 3G, 4G wireless technologies & other infrastructures which specifically on IMS, UMTS, LTE/SAE, CDMA IS95 or CDMA2000.

* Excellent knowledge in IP networking technologies such as SNMP, traffic engineering, policing and shaping. Also, on OSS for performance management, network performance data, network planning, key performance metrics and network optimization.

* Possess solid working experience with the vendors’ wireless infrastructure e.g. Nortel, Ericsson, Motorola, NSN, Huawei, Cisco and Juniper.

* Having strong fundamental telecommunications technology especially on Packet and Voice Switching.

* Required skill(s) : Good understanding of software development process, relational database design, analysis of document requirements, project managament and team leadership.

* Required language(s) : Good in English both written and spoken.
