Job Qualification & Requirements:
* Posses Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Minimum 8 – 10 years working experience in the construction industry with recent experience in a senior position
* Familiar with planning & programming, construction technologies and processes
* Able to liaise with Consultants, Clients, Authorities & Contractors
* Possess leadership qualities, good interpersonal and planning skills; dynamic and innovative
* Able to work independently, manage the construction team and the overall progress of projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
