Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the materials requirement for all aspect of materials supply and shortage management.
* Verification of purchases and support production on materials requirement in time manner by running MRP to purchase materials.
* Plan and schedule production according to customer purchase requirement. Update outstanding P/O, work order, prepareschedule & D/I and preparing BOM.
* Filling and retention of records in a systematic manner.
* To ccomplish tasks assigned by superior.
* Prepare monthly planning production report, forecast for supplier & stock balance.
* Tracking (follow up shprtage material with purchasing, update and tracking work order status).
Job Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
* Required skill(s): MS Office, MRP.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Petani.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
