Job Responsibilities:

* Required to understand the services delivery process, performance measurement and quality of delivered service.
* To maintain and enhance the company’s existing automated process control shop-floor system so as to assist the business to measure, forecast and meet the objectives set out for each project.
* To enhance the functionality of existing systems, databases, and records
* Required to understand the processes for new projects and develop new process tracking and data collection systems.
* Automate the functions of service event tracking, report generation, process control & traceability of service delivery and the billing process.
* Translate data collected into useful information for real-time display and escalation.

Job Requirements:

* Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
* Able to translate business needs into the programs and database design.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and experienced in programming large scale applications, in a (dot).net language with very strong SQL Server skills (T-SQL, DTS).
* Must be able to work with the full software development lifecycle, including maintenance and upgrades.
* Good communication, interpersonal/leadership skills and able to work with users at all levels.
* Posses a strong analytical mind, with clear understanding of business processes and workflows.
* Experience in shop-floor management systems and process control within a factory or services operations will be an advantage.
* Total quality awareness, fast learning in the technical environment.
* Good team player, self-motivated, reliable, works well with minimum supervision and highly initiative.
* Experience in large CRM/POS systems also beneficial but not critical.
* Candidates which can start immediately will be an added advantage.

Location:
Shah Alam Section U8, Selangor – Near Bukit Jelutong/ Flextronic Shah Alam

Working hours:
8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Mon to Fri) / 8.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. (Sat) (5.5 days per week with alternate Sat. off upon confirmation)
