Job Responsibilities:
* To prepare marketing plan for new project and work closely with closely with directors to ensure effective of marketing strategies toward achieving sales targets.
* To conduct property market surveys & to provide input on feasibility study for new projects.
* Liaise with media agents and to organize property launch activities & exhibitions.
* To complete other ad-hoc marketing assignments from directors.
Job Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in related field.
* Conversant in English & Mandarin.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
* Must be computer literate.
