(Selangor – Petaling Jaya)
Job Responsibilities:
* To lead and supervise workforce to produce targeted output within stipulated timeframe
* To ensure all raw/packaging materials are in place and ready for use during production.
* To ensure all set procedures and guidelines are followed during production.
* To report to superior all non-conformances, major downtimes and preventive actions taken.
* Organize/liaise with engineering to carry out scheduled preventive maintenance for plant equipment.
* To conduct counselling and coaching on subordinates when necessary.
* To update scheduled production reports on time.
* To check and ensure all given tasks to subordinates are being carried out timely and satisfactorily
* To check and enforce GMP, safety and discipline.
Job Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Operations Management, Food technology or Engineering Discipline.
* Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and verbal.
* 1-3 years of working experience in a managerial position with good track record and preferably from Food manufacturing industry.
* Good technical knowledge, able to perform trouble-shooting of production process and equipment.
* Familiar with ISO / OHSAS / HACCP quality System.
* Computer literate.
* Good rapport and communication with all levels of staff
