Job Responsibilities:
* To provide desktop support for all users
* To advise users on the correct IT procedures relating to IT services
* To provide ad-hoc support to the ongoing projects or new project embarkation
* To provide regular updates to helpdesk on the status of IT requests assigned
* Ensure all desktops/laptops are configured according to latest Standard Operating Environment (SoE)
* Ensure desktops/laptops with IT assest tagging and update the IT Asset record
* Train users on basic skills to use all the SoE components. Non-SoE component support will be based on best afford basis.
Job Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably with sufficient skill in IT support areas relating to PC and Printer deployment and basic IT environment.
* Good communication skill to deal with different level of users
* Abiliy to provide users a workaround before a permanent resolution is sought when applicable.
* 2 Full-Time and Contract position available.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
