Job Responsibilities:
* To oversee all food and beverages are properly presented and served according to pre- set standard of service.
* Ensure a smooth coordination with the Banquet kitchen and Banquet Sales on the function handled.
* Conduct staff training whenever necessary, establishing an appropriate training schedule in Banquet department
* Ensure all the functions are carry out smoothly without complaints
Job Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Klang.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
