Job vacancies/ Jawatan Kosong 2009/ cari pekerjaan : PRODUCTION PLANNING EXECUTIVE
(Negeri Sembilan – Senawang)
Job Requirements:
* A Degree or Diploma in Chemical / Polymer Engineering /Mechanical Engineering or any related field;
* Minimum 6 years working experience in manufacturing operations;
* Familiar with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and OSHA;
* Resourceful, productivity and quality driven;
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline; and
* Good communication skill and computer literate.
* Maintain planning or scheduling accuracy to maxime utilization of resources and assure Delivery ratio commitment 100% achievement to customers;
* Monitoring of monthly sales vs target plan;
* Develop and maintain monthly master schedule (Plan):-
o Ensure a smooth and controlled flow of material to meet production and eventually customer’s requirement.
o Material issuance to Production according to plan with correct control lot number for traceability.
o Evaluate monthly customer’s PO and forecast against resources available.
o Preparation of Issuance Plan for picking of material by Warehouse Section accordingly.
o Monitor work in progress and analyze production schedule and determine ability to meet the programs.
o Develop contingency plans to be able to adjust master schedule due to unplanned and occurrence of process abnormality situations preventing compliance to the schedule.
o Estimate and forecast labour, material and machinery requirements for monthly production schedules.
* Interface and communicate with the Prod, QC, Engineering and others Section on a regular basis for the inputs/outputs, securing approvals and authorization as being required;
* Product Structure control for all models manufactured to meet others performance indicators; and
* Control of additional materials used by production and to assure that materials used is within the profitable level as per stated in the cost table.
