(Selangor)
Job Responsibilities:
Typical work activities include:
* Lead and manage the project deliverables from project initiation to final contract completion and closeout
* Ensure change control procedures are rigorously enforced
* On time delivery of project milestones
* Maintain up to date cost information by which the project can be controlled in all areas within defined budgets
* Produce and enforce invoicing plans, variation registers, cash flows and financial reports throughout the project lifecycle
* Develop Work Breakdown Structures and project programmes with the assistance of the project team, ensuring projects stakeholders at all levels are coordinated and monitored to achieve key milestone requirements
* Conduct project meetings at all levels, both internally and externally as required to ensure that key deliverables are maintained (meetings would include project handover, kickoff, progress reviews, financial reviews, lessons learned and close out as a minimum)
* Forecast against key project, identifying and performing quantitative risk analysis as an input to risk control monitoring and control
* Have the ability to lead or work as part of a team to achieve a common goal
* Have personal strength to be a able to overcome obstacles and to lead by example in elivering difficult projects
* Communicate effectively with all projects stakeholders
* Execute project in accordance with our client’s business practices and corporate policies
* Provide a productive project environment through leadership
* Ensure work is carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with our client’s HSE Policy
Job Requirements:
* Engineering Degree with extensive Project Management experience
* Project Management experience with an Engineering Degree and Minimum of NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent
* Experience of providing Health & Safety advice in a construction environment
* Operational experience
* Experience of Health & Safety Site Management is essential and the successful candidate will also need to be client focused, so excellent communication skills and strong team ethos are a Prerequisite
Professional Requirement:
* Member of relevant Institute of Oil and Gas
* Member of relevant Safety Institutes
