Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare and organize regular product and application trainings to customers
* Identify training needs of customers in order to customize, co-ordinate and implement training sessions
* Coordinate with customers to provide assistance in usage of Gambro Renal Intensive Care / Chronic Care products
* Instill proper usage of products through education on protocols and treatment guidelines
* Facilitate training of company personnel and distributors on company’s products
* Keep abreast of market trends and changing customer needs through regular customer visits
* Promote company’s products at local product launches, exhibitions and workshops
* Provides therapy, clinical and operation consultation to hemodialysis contract services and hospitals utilizing the Gambro Renal Intensive Care / Hemodialysis medical devices during implementation and post-implementation phases for Gambro Renal Intensive Care / Hemodialysis product lines
* Manage telephone calls from customer support programs
* Interacts as a field expert with other functional areas in the company to develop a thorough exchange of planning information between our customer and these business areas
* Perform ongoing market assessment of customers’ clinical and therapy needs
Job Requirements:
* Nursing background (SRN registered with Nursing Board) and Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
* Three (3) to five (5) years clinical experience, must be Renal and Critical Care trained
* Demonstrated ability to take a positive, proactive approach to solving complex and/or unusual clinical problems
* Demonstrated ability to start new therapy programs
* Strong, demonstrated expertise in product and therapy knowledge
* Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, proactive, customer service manner with customers during stressful situations
* A high degree of interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage own time effectively
* Demonstrated ability and desire to teach. Demonstrated self-confidence and effectiveness in dealing with a wide variety of student types
* High energy level and demonstrated desire and ability to participate and motivate others in team efforts.
* Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, physicians, nurses and other medical staff.
* Must be able and willing to travel within the country and to be on-call/standby and be activated during/after hours and weekends if/when required
