Job Responsibilities:

* To perform installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of critical care equipments.
* To provide after-sales service support to customers.
* To assist company sales team to organize and setting up of demo equipments for exhibition or any sales and promotional activities.

Job Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Analytical, Problem Solving, Computer Literate.
* Applicants must be willing to travel outstation extensively to attend service calls.

(Selangor – Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam moving to Olak Lempit (between Banting and Dengkil), Kuala Langat)

Job Responsibilities:

* Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including e-mail web server, internet access, office systems and applications support as needed, configuration and maintenance of Active Directory).
* Manage IT infrastructure including hardware, software and applications, ensuring smooth operation and high availability.
* Ensures systems are properly configured and is responsible for keeping updates / patch management to both hardware and software current.
* Perform hardware and software management including acquisition, disposal, and licensing.
* Perform technoology needs analysis.
* Global Network and Server Support.
* Roll out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
* Supervising, coaching and mentoring of network services assistant position if applicable.

Job Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Networking/Information Technology/Computer Science or its equivalent.
* Good command of both spoken and written English.
* Minimum 3 years working experience in the related field.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft SQL Server 2005, Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, Microsoft Windows XP / Vista.
* Demonstrated ability ot support network printers and photocopiers.
* Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies including basic understanding of Layer 2 switching and the ability to configure and troubleshoot VPN tunnels using the IPSEC protocol.
* Proactive, motivated, flexible, good troubleshooting and problem solving skill
* Ability to negotiate hardware/software service and technical support contracts with vendors.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Business objects-Crystal report is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for day to day office administration inclusive of administration policy.
* Responsible for office and hangar maintenance and office equipment, coordinate property management and maintenance such as planning of office space, office renovation, utilities, insurance etc.
* Responsible for incoming and outgoing correspondences, faxes and memos.
* Responsible to manage a diverse range of administrative and general office support services functions include monitoring of office supplies, stationary, sundry inventory and inventory control.
* Responsible to ensure proper documentation arrangement, record and filing.
* Responsible to liaise and communicate with both internal and external parties or government bodies on daily operational matter.

Job Requirements:
