Job Requirements:

* Strong Knowledge in IR, EA & Malaysian Labour Laws.
* Knowledge in processes & procedures of Domestic Inquiry and Counseling.
* Experience in conducting Domestic Inquiries.
* Ability to handle employees disciplinary and grievances issues & conduct counseling for disciplinary matters.
* Staff Leave Management.
* Knowledge in Human Resource Administrative arears.

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Business Administration & Majoring in Human Resource Management .
* Required skill(s): Employment Act & Industrial Relations Act.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* Computer literate
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status & willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
* Candidates must be able to work under minimum supervision.
