(Melaka – Jalan Raya Batu Hampar)
Job Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales and targets, develop new accounts, uncover customers’ needs, address customers’ concerns and provide solutions to our Group of Sales and Marketing team in Melaka and Kuala Lumpur.
* To manage overall sales department in order to achieve sales target.
* To head and lead the Sales and Marketing team in securing and maximizing all sales opportunities.
* Prepare business plan, forecast, profit & loss, cost control and budgeting monthly & annual report.
* Overseeing the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans.
* Oversee and assist with the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plan.
* Manage the sales and marketing team and reporting on the effectiveness of the marketing plan.
* Coordinate all activities/methods of maintaining and increasing business volume which include advertising, sales promotion, publicity, special sales project etc.
* Create and implement special programs to achieve greater profitability.
* Procure new and repeat business for the Resort, Recreational /Tame Park, Travel Agents, Housing Development and Property Rental by maintaining contact with clients from private and government sectors.
* Handle guest and members enquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient promotional activities, events and sponsorship.
Job Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/ Hotel Management or Equivalent.
* Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
* At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* The candidate should have a proven record of creating and implementing strategic Sales and Marketing programs.
* flexible, resourceful, independent and self motivated with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
