Job Responsibilities:
1) To ensure call quality
- at all times ensure that the quality of calls meets the requisites of our clients. Quality is based on the agents providing customers the right information using appropriate and approved choice of words upholding the highest level of courteousness and telephone etiquette.
2) To identify minor and major deviations
- curb deviating words and statements spoken by agents to customers. These deviations may misinterpret or misrepresent the product being introduced to customers.
# Requirements:Minimum SPM holder
# Good typing skills
# Comprehensive training provided
# Required language(s): Chinese, English
# Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
