Job Responsibilities:

* Involve with events coordination
* Planning and implementation of Job Order
* Create Job Order –Travel Request Form, recommend action to coordinate approval
* Educate and monitor accounts in using Market Development Fund and Lifestyle Allowance
* Coordinate all updates and announcement to accounts via email and/or sms
* Gather post-event reports from Accounts and process reimbursement
* Submit weekly JO monitoring report / event status report or update status during the weekly International Market Development meeting
* Evaluates Accounts’ performance on a quarterly basis
* Looks into the recognition pattern / edification of Accounts
* Coordinate with other departments for web posting trainings
* Market condition of diff. countries reviewed/analyzed
* Suggest type of event support is needed by the market
* Provide updates on market status
* Evaluate and monitor budget and utilization every month
* Provide reports during Quarterly Business Report (QBR)
* Make sure reimbursements are released within 7 working days.

Job Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in related fields
* Preferably 2 or 3 year(s) of working experience in customer service/Contact Centre/Events or Account Management.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Words and Excel.
* Customer focused, flexible, pleasant and proactive.
* Self-motivated person who likes working with people.
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
* A good team player who has a positive working attitude, independent, self-driven, creative and result-orientated.
* Customer Service and events experience personnel are encouraged to apply
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
