Job Responsibilities:
* To organize, carry out and support Customer Relations Centre and Group initiatives
* To handle enquiries and complaints received on timely and professional manner
* To organize and carry out Customer Relations Representatives’ Development programmes; and Rewards and Recognition programmes
* Promote excellent customer focus culture within the company
* Build rapport and relationship with customers
* To provide and exemplify customer centricness
Job Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Business, Mass Communication, Public Relations or equivalent
* At least 2 years experience in customer service preferably in property industry
* Hands on experience in attending customers enquiries and complaints
* Strong customer service mindset and positive working attitude
* Good communication skill and English writing skill
* Mature personality and able to perform multi task simultaneously
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
