Job Responsibilities:
* Managing production operators & directs employees in proper production techniques and procedures.
* Ensures meeting production schedules and quality specifications, managing operators process compliance.
* Coordinate cycle-time, manufacturing project.
* Execute cost reduction program, productivity improvement, and production efficiency.
* Improve manufacturing cost, such as supplies / material control.
* Manufacturing support to meet customer order requirement.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from recognized university.
* Preferably at least 2 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
* Knowledge 5S is an additional advantage.
* Possess strong interpersonal, analytical and supervisory skills and able to work independently.
* Good communication and strong people oriented skills.
* Able to work on shift rotation working hours.
