Job vacancies / Jawatan Kosong : PROPERTY ASSISTANT
(Kuala Lumpur – Setapak)
Job Responsibilities:
* To assist in the development, implementation and improvement of group standard operating procedures for Property Management Department including but not limited to customer services, purchasing, defects complaints, receivables, payables, etc to enhance the Company’s competitive edge.
* To ensure timely and efficient collection of Building Maintenance Funds and other collectibles.
* To liaise with customers on any queries/complaints and to follow through up to a satisfactory outcome for both customer and company.
* To ensure proper documentation and record keeping system.
* To perform general administrative tasks such as organizing records and filing system of the Department, preparing letter, circulation, notices, etc.
* To assist in any other assignments given by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Customer service oriented & spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
* Good written & spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Applicants must be willing to work at Melati Utama, Setapak.
