Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare projects budgets, progress claims, final accounts projected cash flow and tender documentation.
* Administer contracts and monitor costs
Job Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur area..
* Preferably Junior / Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Posses own transport.
