Job Responsibilities:

* Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirement for the project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management
* Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project, and mange their development and delivery
* Manage, monitor and motivate the team assigned to the project/s.
* To conduct project presentations and compile reports
* To estimate and plan projects from the start to finish, with built in contingencies
* To prioritise deliverables
* To manage and coordinate multiple projects
* To manage and coordinate a globally dispersed team and ensure consistent communications and working practices
* To manage the embedding of lasting working practices in the project

Job Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar industry
* Minimum of a Recognized Diploma
* Must be able to have good English skills written and spoken
* Experience working with senior management and leading change
* Proven track record of successful project implementation
* Possess team management experience, comfortable matrix managing project teams of up to 10 people in different global locations
* Good in communication skills, customer focus and attention to detail
* Ability to foster motivation within the project team, meet tight deadlines and have a good sense of influence and persuasion
