Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of the platform application and its respective modules/components
* Ensure timely delivery of assigned work
* Drive improvement in the design, development, QA, deployment and support processes.
* Handle design, development, testing and maintenance of in-house and production software applications.
* Ensure that the good software characteristics are complied
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Java experience, including Java application development using J2EE technology JDBC, Java Bean, etc. Experience with Java Swing/AWT/SWT, Java Script, Socket, Apache Struts, or JMS is a plus.
* Excellent knowledge of Servlets, JSPs and XML Internet technologies
* Experience with SQL language and a RDBMS database product (Ms.SQL)
* Able to gather requirements from varied customer levels and present solutions confidently and effectively
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various disciplines
* General knowledge of all infrastructure technology.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, team player, self-reliant and independent, highly motivated.
* Full-Time positions available.
