Job Responsibilities:
* Identify new products and markets in line with the Company’s business direction.
* Plan and prioritise sales activities with clients/prospects in achieving agreed business targets, by establishing sales strategies and proactive marketing plans.
* Conduct training and education to sellers of loans and debts on new and existing products.
* Maintain and develop existing and new clients through appropriate propositions to optimise service qualities, business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree (minimum CGPA of 3.0 or Second Class Upper) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Knowledge and understanding of capital market, structured products and financial derivatives is preferred.
* Self starters with proven track record in sales and able to work with cross functional teams.
* Demonstrate an ability to communicate persuasively and confidently, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties.
* Possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, good judgment, and ability to establish and maintain effective personal rapport with corporate customers.
