Job Responsibilities:
* To monitor and ensure all progress of construction works are timely complete and follow the specifications and standards required.
* To supervise and coordinate sub-contractor’s daily activities at project site.
* To implement all policies,activities,procedures and safety inspections on site as required.
* Prepare progress reports and coordinate the implementation of the contracts.
* To liaise with project consultants to ensure all works are carried as per drawings and specifications.
* To control wastage and delivery of material to site and coordinate ordering of construction material,machineries and etc.
* To undertake other duties and responsibilities as intructed.
Requirements:
* Degree/ Diploma Holder or equivalent and preferably skill in construction management.
* Min 3 years experience in high rise building construction is an added advantage.
* Must be team player,self motivation and independent.
* Able to liase with consultants and sub-contractors.
* Strong leadership quality and capability of managing multi-disciplinary works.
* Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
