Jawatan kosong : Occupational Safety & Health Executive
(Selangor – Bukit Raja, Klang)
Responsibilities:
* Plan, guide, review and coordinate implementation of SHE management system in compliance with regulatory, corporate and standard requirements, including Audit, Management Review, Workplace Inspection, monitoring of corrective and preventive actions and maintenance of certification.
* Act as internal ESH Auditor (Enviroment, Safety & Health).
* Facilitate and coordinate workplace Safety & Health Committee Meeting for organizing and implementation of safety activities to create occupational, safety and health awareness
* Monitor and report on Safety and Health performance, including hazards & risk management, reporting & investigation on incidents/ accidents, dangerous occurrence, occupational disease, safety audits & inspection.
* Identify potential risk safety; track safety & health performance indicators and trends and ensure compliances to Occupational Safety and Health Standard (OSHAS).
* Organize, prepare, conduct and participate in training programs related to Safety and Health, Emergency Response Team (ERT & ERP) against fire, LPG or chemical leaks regularly.
* Monitoring company’s fire alarm system, equipment such as hose reels, hydrants, fire extinguisher & Bomba Panel every time and from time to time.
* To establish procedure & organize Fire Evacuation Plan yearly
* Liaise with DOSH, DOE, Bomba & other relevant authorities on matters related to Safety and Health.
Requirements:
* Degree / Diploma in OSH or relevant studies; Formal certification related to Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health and other SHE related discipline is an added advantage.
* Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity, in manufacturing environment
* Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH (Department of Safety & Health).
* Knowledge in OSHAS Standard.
* Familiar with FMA 1967 & OSHA 1994 and other OSH legislations, such as USECHH & CHRA.
* Possess good attitude with excellent leadership skills
* Independent, pro-active individual with strong leadership qualities and able to adapt quickly in new environment.
* Good computer and communication skill.
