Jawatan kosong : Technical Support Executive (Pahang – Genting Highlands)- (10 vacancies)

Responsibilities:

* Support gaming systems, servers and components
* Troubleshooting and maintenance of gaming systems(hardware & software) to minimize downtime
* Lead a team of technicians in carrying out such a daily functions
* Installation of gaming machines
* To monitor, investigate, analyze and resolve issues
* To prepare technicial documentation
* Escalation of matters to the supporty committe and superior in order to resovle the matter to customer`s satisfaction

Requirements:

* Candidate are required to possess at minimum a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): MS Windows Server 2003, MS Windows XP, MS SQL Server.
* Preferred skill(s): Server, Database, Network.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* At minimum 2 year(s) of striving have in the tied field is major for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Network/System Engineer or System Administrator.
* Full-Time positions available.
