* Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar capacity.
* Able to prepare all cold food items for buffet, banquet and restaurant use according to standard recipes.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP.
* Good communication skills.
* Excels in effective application of creative skills and strives for perfection.
