Antara syarat untuk memohon adalah anda perlu mempunya ijazah atau pun diploma dalam bidang Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management dan yang bersamaam dengannya. Responsibilities:

* Plan for marine replenishment to distribution terminals driven by freight optimization.
* Manage and monitor replenishment programs.
* Provide accurate and timely voyage instruction and documentation instruction to suppliers and shipowners.
* Create purchase order and track details on load/discharge fulfilment.
* Manage and monitor product lifting at distribution terminals.
* Plan and secure accurate product allocations at 3rd party terminals.
* Verify and confirm all oncoming supply invoices.
* Interface effectively with Distribution, Finance, Terminals, and Marketing Department towards maximising Company values.
* Engage meetings with suppliers, shipowners and service providers as to achieve Company’s expectation.
* Must ensure Health, Safety And Environment (HSE) in all aspect of job scope.

Requirements:

* Degree in Engineering, Business Admin/Accounting or its equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience preferably in petroleum or shipping industry.
* Good numerical and computer skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* SAP knowledge would be an added advantage.
* Highly commercial minded.
* Able to work under pressure whilst paying attention to detail.
* Good interpersonal skills including self-confidence and resilience when required to deal with a demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

Job Summary
Act as a monitor to assist in the coordination of activities involved in data acquisition to ensure timely submission of accurate reports under supervision from Line Manager (LM)

  • Provide feedback and ensure the project specifications and instructions are fully understood & adhered during the project briefing organized by Client Service Team
  • Discuss with LM on manpower deployment and allocation
  • Prepare for quota planning
  • Conduct project de-briefing, mock interviews and piloting with interviewers
  • Responsible for handling interviewers’ issues which may include but not limited to disciplinary issues, recruitment, training & development and retention
  • Ensure all metrics related to projects are met which may include but not limited to progress, quota, meeting of deadlines, level of quality and cost
  • Draw up and submit fieldwork closing report to Line Manager on project issues / problem
  • Check and validate claim sheets for LM’s approval
  • proper dissemination of information and implementation of company rules and regulations as well as policies and procedures
  • Address professional development goals and needs of direct reports

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline or related experience.
  • Experience in handling and managing personnel.
  • Good in both written and spoken: Bahasa Melayu & English.
  • Good attitude with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, team player and willing to multi-task
  • Able to work independently
  • Possess own transport
