Responsibilities:
* Plan for marine replenishment to distribution terminals driven by freight optimization.
* Manage and monitor replenishment programs.
* Provide accurate and timely voyage instruction and documentation instruction to suppliers and shipowners.
* Create purchase order and track details on load/discharge fulfilment.
* Manage and monitor product lifting at distribution terminals.
* Plan and secure accurate product allocations at 3rd party terminals.
* Verify and confirm all oncoming supply invoices.
* Interface effectively with Distribution, Finance, Terminals, and Marketing Department towards maximising Company values.
* Engage meetings with suppliers, shipowners and service providers as to achieve Company’s expectation.
* Must ensure Health, Safety And Environment (HSE) in all aspect of job scope.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Business Admin/Accounting or its equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience preferably in petroleum or shipping industry.
* Good numerical and computer skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* SAP knowledge would be an added advantage.
* Highly commercial minded.
* Able to work under pressure whilst paying attention to detail.
* Good interpersonal skills including self-confidence and resilience when required to deal with a demanding environment.
