Management Executive (Wiltek Homeware SDN BHD)
Requirements:
- Responsibility:
- Corporate strategy planning and development
- Have the ability to develop corporate strategies which drive the organization move forward to its objective and goals.
- Project development
- Plan and organize projects to achieve short term goals, allocate resources effectively, assigning tasks efficiently.
- Integrating corporate infrastructure
- Have minor knowledge and skill in HR, finance and marketing, to build a system and infrastructure that links each department in the organization with the corporate strategies.
- Operation management
- Design and Arrange daily tasks for each department in order to achieve long term goals.
- Projects follow-up
- Monitor, control and evaluate team’s performance to keep the organization on the right track. Review and continuous improvement of existing procedures and processes.
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly desired, English language, Bahasa Malaysia language communication skill would be an advantage.
