
Account Executive (GBS Marketing Sdn Bhd)
We are a major importer & distributor of toys and baby related products. We have network with all major departmental stores and baby specialty stores. We invite suitable candidate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full set of account
- Processing of account receivable and Payable
- General Admin Duties
- General Banking
- Data Entry & G/L Maintancence
- Bank Reconciliations & Cash Flow Analysis
- Preparing Financial Statement
- Assist in daily operation, administrative duties & payment collection
- Manage office records & handle overall clerical job to undertake other related jobs as directed by superior from time to time
- Working Hour : Mon-Fri (9.00am-6.00pm), Sat (9.00am-1.00pm)
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/ Diploma
- Those without qualification but have related experience are encourage to apply
- Self starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Min 2-3years relevant working experience
- Familiar with accounting standards and other regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of M.Y.O.B
